I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were a great size for a central city hotel, but unfortunately, mine was facing a wall. The service was top-notch, with a mysteriously upgraded room and incredibly friendly staff. The location is perfect for exploring downtown, with everything within walking distance. The hotel was situated beautifully on the edge of the Gaslamp area, close enough to walk around and explore the downtown action. The nearby homeless presence was overwhelming, slightly tarnishing the otherwise prime location.
